With a background as a business owner, I began my real estate career in 1999. My college education included a B.A. in Psychology and Pre-Medical Sciences and a M.S. in Home & Family from Florida State University. I worked as a counselor for children and families in my early career. Later, I was Development Director for a medical research center at the University of Florida.
My business career began in my late teens, where I was Vice-President of Lambert Services, Inc., a company that was begun by a childhood friend with one lawn-mower and a desire for summer income. The business grew slowly for a few years, then quickly, and became a significant local home services enterprise doing landscaping and house painting as well as lawn care.
Before beginning real estate in 1999, I was owner of both an in-home parent coaching practice and a community publication called "Family Life." As a counselor, I found in-home visits effective and used this experience in parent coaching.
As a real estate consultant, I employ my background in human services and business to provide creativity and excellence in meeting client needs. Mindful of the demands in moving from one home to an another, my services focus on individual client concerns. Acting with diligence and care--as manager of the entire purchase and sales process--I enforce and attend to timeliness, contractual details and exacting personal standards.
I look forward to helping you with your real estate needs!
John F. Harrigan, Jr.
